1. KJ Bolden (Georgia)

Traits & Film Summary: Georgia lets Bolden rule the deep third of the field, and he handles that centerfield role with absolute authority. Quarterbacks have a terrible time trying to layer throws over his head because his closing speed and diagnostic instincts allow him to erase vertical routes before the ball even leaves the passer's hand. He does need to do a better job of extending his arms to shed climbing blockers when he comes downhill against the run, but his ceiling as a classic single-high safety makes him the premier prize of this class.

2. Tae Johnson (Notre Dame)

Traits & Film Summary: If you need a modern, hard-hitting hybrid safety to neutralize athletic tight ends over the middle, Johnson fits the profile perfectly. His tape is defined by raw size and a punishing playstyle, using his length to box out targets and rip down interceptions in crowded areas. He can look a bit clunky with his backpedal and footwork when transitioning into deep coverage, but his physical presence in the intermediate passing game is a massive asset.

3. Keon Sabb (Alabama)

Traits & Film Summary: Sabb is a physically imposing presence who looks tailor-made for split-zone and robber coverage schemes. He tracks the quarterback’s eyes like a veteran, seamlessly passing off wide receivers to his cornerbacks while dropping down to deliver heavy hits to anyone crossing the middle. He will struggle if he gets isolated against twitchy slot receivers down the seam, but his fundamental instincts and high operational floor give him a very safe projection.

4. Dashawn Spears (LSU)

Traits & Film Summary: You rarely see Spears get caught out of position or fooled by play-action fakes. He plays a highly disciplined brand of football, maintaining his deep leverage and executing his assignments cleanly on third downs. While his footwork and positioning are excellent, our staff wants to see if Spears can unlock a true breakaway gear when forced to chase pure vertical speed toward the boundaries.

5. Bray Hubbard (Alabama)

Traits & Film Summary: Hubbard brings a unique blend of downfield acceleration and lateral quickness that makes him a weapon against both the run and the pass. He mirrors targets cleanly through intermediate routes and flashes a great trigger when flying down the alley to blow up outside runs. His main hurdle is open-field tackling, where he can occasionally over-extend and miss a stop, but his athletic profile screams high-impact defender.

6. Koi Perich (Oregon)

Traits & Film Summary: Taking deep balls away over his shoulder looks second-nature for Perich. He is an explosive athlete who relies on sharp spatial awareness to track the football through traffic, showing off a dynamic second gear to close down throwing windows. To maximize his draft value, Perich needs to bring that same discipline to his run support, where he can sometimes wander out of his assigned gap.

7. Jelani McDonald (Texas)

Traits & Film Summary: McDonald is a long, assignment-sound tracker who wins with smart angles and great containment discipline on the perimeter. Whether McDonald can climb into the early rounds will depend on showing a bit more sudden, dynamic twitch when forced to mirror sharper route-runners.

8. Peyton Bowen (Oklahoma)

Traits & Film Summary: Few players in this secondary group close ground as violently as Bowen. He is an aggressive, hyper-agile safety who reads the backfield quickly and relies on an elite click-and-close trigger to take away passing lanes in a blink. He does have a habit of over-biting on backfield eye candy and double moves, but his raw coverage instincts and playmaking mentality are exactly what modern coordinators look for.

9. Terry Moore (Ohio State)

Traits & Film Summary: Ohio State gets massive utility out of Moore by matching him up against slot receivers and letting him dismantle screen designs. He uses subtle body leverage to shrink passing windows over the middle and relies on excellent hand technique to disrupt catches. Because of his sleeker, leaner build, Moore can get overwhelmed in tight phone-booth situations, making him a perfect sub-package specialist early in his career.

Traits & Film Summary: Satuala offers great versatility as a long-limbed hybrid who can fill multiple roles in a zone-heavy system. His final draft stock will ultimately come down to whether he can build the physical play-strength required to fight through blocks and stop downhill running plays.
